Determines if the object has a bitflag set of available (existing) attributes.

Parameter
This function has no parameters.
Return value
true if available, otherwise false.
Remarks
Every object that has been opened (and the used ActionGroup has been executed successfully for) or newly created has a valid bitflag set of available (existing) attributes.
